These terms apply when you place an order on this website.

1. Who we are

2. Placing an order

Submitting the order form is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. Your order is confirmed once our team has contacted you and accepted it.

We may decline an order where:

• the product is out of stock
• the delivery address is outside our coverage
• we cannot reach you on the number provided
• a price or product description was listed in error

If we decline an order, you are not charged anything — Cash on Delivery means no money changes hands until delivery.

3. Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.

The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Where a product shows a previous price, that is a price the item was genuinely offered at. We do not inflate a "before" price to manufacture a discount.

If a price is listed in error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel without any obligation.

4. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary slightly between screens.

Where we are uncertain about a specification, we say so rather than guessing.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and political disruption are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed, we will tell you.

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address and number you gave.

6. Payment

Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel any time before the parcel is handed to the courier. Contact us with your order number.

8. Returns

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate delivery details and a working mobile number, and not to use this site for fraudulent orders.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders without reason may lead us to decline future orders from that number.

10. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
