What we collect
When you place an order we collect only what is needed to deliver it:
- your name
- your mobile number
- your delivery address, district and area
- any note you add to the order
- the products, quantities and total of your order
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect a password.
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, contact details and message you provide.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your order and to confirm the details with you by phone
- To let you track your order using your order number and mobile number
- To handle returns, replacements and refunds
- To keep the records a business is required to keep
Who we share it with
Courier partners. Your name, phone number and address are given to the courier delivering your parcel. They cannot use it for anything else.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Analytics and advertising tools

Where such tools are enabled on this site, they receive information about which pages were viewed and which products were added to a cart. They are never sent your name, phone number, address or email.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and returns purposes.

Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

Security
Order data is stored on a secured server. Our admin area requires a password and is not accessible to customers. We do not store card details, because we do not take card payments.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
